My training services include tailored workouts to fit your individual needs. I have 15 years experience working with all kinds of fitness levels and physical limitations which means I come prepared to assist you reach your specific goals. I’m here to provide you with support, accountability, encouragement and motivation.

Training may include one on one, small group (2 or more), large group, or online training. Sessions are 1 hour.

My goal as a life coach is to empower you with the tools, techniques and specific action plans to reach a goal or make a change in your life. I always strive to coach clients towards balance in health from an integrative approach. This includes addressing all the body systems (physical, spiritual, mental and emotional). I believe when one system is out of balance it will affect all of them. This is the benefit of having a coach with experience and knowledge in all these areas. Together we work on making effective changes to help you move towards better health and wellness in all areas of your life.

The kinds of food that you fuel your body with will directly affect how you feel everyday. In my years of working with clients I’ve discovered how misinformed people can be when it comes to  nutrition. Many people don’t know how to make changes or where to start.

I believe in moderation and finding what works for you specific to your own needs. I can help you set goals, figure out caloric intake, start a food journal, find new recipes and make time to prepare healthy meals. I can help hold you accountable and break food habits that have been blocking you from reaching your goals.
